AAA Down Under Pier Replacement offers essential building services to Home Owners.

Operating in the Hunter Valley where many of the original home foundations consist of sub-standard wooden piers, First Home Buyers, Property Investors, Renovators and Owner Builders alike enjoy a level of professionalism they have come to expect since 1995.

AAA Down Under Building Services Pty Ltd commenced trading in September 1995 and to date is still solely owned and managed by Peter Selkrig.

The business began with two full-time employees.  Growing to six full-time employees, four sub-contractors; two casual employees; two apprentices; and a part-time administrative assistant by 1999.

Now in 2019 it is a different story altogether. AAA now have six full-time employees, four sub-contractors; 6 contractors; a contract administrator and a logistics and office manager.
