AAA Down Under Pier Replacement offers essential building services to Home Owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Operating in the Hunter Valley where many of the original home foundations consist of sub-standard wooden piers, First Home Buyers, Property Investors, Renovators and Owner Builders alike enjoy a level of professionalism they have come to expect since 1995.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AAA Down Under Building Services Pty Ltd commenced trading in September 1995 and to date is still solely owned and managed by Peter Selkrig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The business began with two full-time employees.  Growing to six full-time employees, four sub-contractors; two casual employees; two apprentices; and a part-time administrative assistant by 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now in 2019 it is a different story altogether. AAA now have six full-time employees, four sub-contractors; 6 contractors; a contract administrator and a logistics and office manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
