This client was wanting to sell their house but didn’t look great with the badly cracked piers underneath the house. So they called us and we replaced their old cracked ash piers that had no footings with brand new brick piers that are now up to Australian Standards.

Inside ash and concrete piers there are rods that eventually suck up that much moisture that they rust and expand making the piers crack and over time if you don’t get them replaced the piers will crumble.
